# Terms of Service & Distribution Agreement

When a contractor or enterprise partner leases an exclusive geographic territory (e.g. Cornwall, Bristol, Texas, Florida), Ranked & Ready guarantees:

- **12-Month Fixed Price Lock:** Your agreed monthly subscription fee (e.g. £599/mo) is guaranteed and fixed for the entire 12-month lease period.
